MACET positively impacts the economy of Michigan as a leader and integral partner in the State for economic and workforce development.  We sustain the lifelong continuum of learning through strong relationships and communication, a relevant infrastructure, and professional development for our members.

Mission

The mission of the Michigan Association of Continuing Education and Training is to lead the transformation and integration of workforce development, economic development, continuing education, and community services in Michigan.

Goals

To accomplish this mission, we have the following goals:

Goal #1 - Relationships:

Improve both internal and external relationships through focused efforts on communication and collabroation.

Goal #2 - Infrastructure:

Review and update the MACET infrastructure to address the emerging needs and solutions for the organization.

Goal #3 - Communication:

Provide internal and external communication tools and processes which keep our membership informed of relevant trends, activities, and membership information.

Goal #4 - Professional Development:

Provide professional development opportunities to our membership that aid in the attainment of our group and individual missions.
